I switched from DSL (double play) to FIOS (triple play) in October 2011. I'm now getting a bill for October 2011.
Meanwhile, all monthly bills have been paid in full. Is there a statue of limitations on billing or consumer rights to challenge this? Why would it take V. a full 14 months to send this bill out? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

KaLin, Thank you for the reminder. However, I was hoping that others had a similar problem and how did they handled it.
Being billed 14 months later just does not 'compute' and seems unfair.
