Does anyone else have problems with getting their bill correct?

I cannot even count the number of times (though I may go back and try to) that Verizon has left something off of my bill, and then charged me double for it the following month.

Don't you guys have an automated system of some type?  How is it so difficult?  It makes it difficult to budget effectively when my bill (that should be roughly the same each month) varies so wildly.
