Called to dispute billing issue and was resolved.  I then receive bill with fees again to later find out that a contract worker was the one who resolved my issues and cannot be located because she does not work directly for the company and is not listed as a verizon employee.  Needless to say, all that time requesting/negotiating was a waste of time because I could not reach her to confirm her resolved responses.  Therefore, in retrospect, nothing got resolved and back to square one.  I was told to make a complaint on your website, later to find out you do not have a complaint department.  So my activation and outlet charges still remain outstanding.  I need a supervisor or manager to review and oblige what the contract worker resolved with me and we can come to an arrangement regarding payment.
