Not a happy camper. Thought I had selected 12/26 for online payment date but found out 12/16 was selected. Of course I was told, less than 30 minutes later that this could not be changed and was rudely told that this happened before in October. Okay, I made a mistake but Verizon should be able to fix this less than 30 minutes after mistake has been made.

Of course, the reason I wanted 12/26 was that's when I would have the funds to pay this. Here I am trying to pay my bills on time and I feel like Verizon is stealing my money this week.
