Billing error.

No one will listen to me.  I was charged $21.00 to buy a movie about two teenage boys that wanted to learn how to kiss.  I am a senior citizen and would have no interest or reason to buy this movie.  Verizon has insisted I purchased the movie and will not remove the charge.  Doesnt logic dictate that a senior citizen would not be interested in a teenage boy movie about kissing?  I have no young children or grandchildren either!  The charge was after 10:00 pm and I was in bed asleep by then.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
