Billing messed up

My account is paid on time and in full.  When I logged on today I received a message that my account was past due.  Did the billing get messed up because of the change in account numbers?  I paid my September bill and the new charges are showing as being due on Sept 9th instead of Oct 9th.  Has anyone else had this problem?
