     Anyone have any advice for dealing with the Verizon billing department?  I have had at least one error on EACH of my bills for the full seven months I have had Verizon FIOS.  I have called more than a dozen times over the past seven months, spending on average 30 minutes with each call, WITHOUT SUCCESS on a permanent fix.  Any advice?
