wondering why the bills continue to rise and rise

I'm actually really happy that the DVR rate is going up a dollar now...I really have too much money from working the 56 hours a week to make ends meet. {word filter avoidance} I'll get a vcr out of the closet soon.

our bill does not match the amount we thought we would pay - also, does anyone know what the "here!" charge is
I have been on Verizons site, and help for close to an hour and have not been able to get an answer
our bill just seems to be out of control - The $95 per month plan is now $175.85 - all we did is upgrade regular desktop set
to a DVR and added next in-line TV to get Discovery ID channel!!! - so our penality is $75.85 a month?????

The bills continue to rise to satisfy the needs of CWA employees. Those contracts add up and someone has to pay so that the union employees and the executive management team get their monies.
