Bonus Reward Visa Card Never Received

I spoke with a customer service September in regards to create a account and begin a service with Verizon FIOS. After we close the deal, the associate promise me that I would be sent a $300.00 Visa gift card within 30 days of our correspondence. It is now the begin of Dezember and all I get when I check the status of the promised card is "sended" but one month (11/01/2019) ago through USPS. After reading some posts on this board I'm feeling that the offer is **bleep** and my card will never be sent. I'm very disappointed. This is unacceptable.
