Can't redeem my Samsung Promotion

Received email today notifying me that today was the last day to redeem my Samsung promotion from the FiOS internet i ordered in September.  When I follow link from my Verizon it takes me to Samsung site where the Chromebook is in the cart, but when you checkout, you are informed that they are out of stock.  I can't redeem my promotion and today is the last day according to the email.  I have talked to both Verizon representative and Samsung with no luck.  What should I do?
