Customer service is god awful!!!!  I have spent 3 hours in the past two months trying to pay my bill and nobody online can ever seem to figure out why their website doesn't work.  And they changed my service to auto pay but it never auto paid.  After transferred to 10 different reps and nothing accomplished they credit me 10 dollars....That a joke!  If they say they will call you back after filling out  a problem ticket don't get your hopes up..... They promised 24 hours and its been 4 days

I wish I could recommend another service but IM pretty sure none of them give a **bleep** about how their customers are treated and in the end they all stick together, atleast they teach team work at Verizon.
