You can cancel online at verizon.com by accessing your account. remember verizon.com is different than verizon.net, and you can't use your email for that. it's a different log in, or you can call customer service at 1 800 VERIZON or 888 553 1555
Looked everywhere on the billing site to cancel but can NOT. Frustrating as it shows on my bill but under the Broadband essentials it says " Not Yet Accepted".
I also have a charge for Starz Play that also appears on my bill that I can not cancel and also reads "Not Yet Accepted".
If there are not accepted how can I be billed for them. Unable to reach Verizon via phone to remedy this.
