I received an email to redeem my offer for Amazon Prime and Amazon Echo. When I click on the REDEEM NOW link in the email to access the home page for my account, the screen does not have an option to redeem the promo. The Chat representative confirmed that I am eligible, and unsuccessfully attempted to send me another email. Can you kindly escalate my request to Verizon agent? Thank you.
