Cannot Redeem Amazon Prime and Echo Bonus

Like many others on this forum, I am unable to claim my Amazon Prime and Echo bonus. I've been sent the email to redeem the bonus several times, but when I click the link there is nothing showing that allows me to redeem the bonus.

I've followed the suggestions on this web page:

I've called several times and have spent hours on hold.

I've been transferred to multiple departments

I've been disconnected many times.

The last time I called the representative I spoke said they checked with their supervisor and someone will call me back. That was several days ago.

Does this promotion really exist? How do I redeem it?
