Changing Bundle Plan

Hey guys, I tried searching the forum for a question I have, but can't seem to find it, so I decided to post it.

I got my FIOs triple play bundle back in July 2010, and instead of 6 months free DVR, I went with the two years price garuntee. Well recently, I realized that no one really watches T.V so I want to cancel the T.V to save the extra 40$ and just stick with the Phone and 15/5 Mbps Internet. My question is, Will there be a termination fee for this?

As I have read on the website, it says there is a no-worry, no term contract garuntee for bundles. But when I called in last week to ask if I could change the plan, the rep told me that there will be a fee. And when I questioned why, I was put on hold then she hung up the phone (by accident?, who knows).

Basically, Is there a fee for changing the bundle from a Triple play bundle to a Double play bundle?

Thanks in advance!

I think you'll have to check with customer service on that one. It's something that will require a person to look up your account.

Here are links with all means to contact Verizon: http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/. (The Chat link will load after the page is fully loaded.)

You can do it at one year and if they are being nice that day when you check on it they may let you right away no problemo!
