Previously paid Verizon electronically thru Citibank account. Moved, closed old account, opened new FIOS service. Citibank does NOT have FIOS as a payee. Citibank customer service says only Verizon FIOS can create the link between Citbank and themselves for customer electronic payments. Have been using 'e-check' service to pay bill, which may cause a delay and a late charge.
When will Verizon FIOS contact Citbank and link - as dozens of other credit cards and utilities have?
