I have a question of where to contact this problem
I moved to my new address 2 years ago with previous FIOS services including Internet and TV.
Installer came to my new address and hooked up everything and i have had TV and internet services for next few month.
but suddenly TV service was shut off.
I called several times but they did not know what the problem was.
they set up technician appointment to come over to my house
but they did not show up because of snow.
i called again to set up another appointment but they did not show up for another snow
then i did it again but the technician on that day said he came to my home but i was not there to open the door.
I realized that he went to my previous address, which made me think Verizon somehow messed up with my moving request.
I called the customer services more than 10 times after i received a call from collection agency requesting me to pay for equipments.
Finally customer service set up new installation order and asked me to return after new equipment set up by the technician.
I did it accordingly but my credit report now indicated that i have deliquesnt.
I have all of documents and Verizon probably have all of record for the conversation.
I would like to know who i should contact in mail
