I HOPE THIS POST GETS SEEN.VERIZON IS BY THE FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.I WOULD RATHER STAND NAKED ON MY ROOF WITH A METAL COAT HANGER TO GET RECEPTION!
,I HAVE BASICALLY BEEN IN CAST UP TO MY KNEE SINCE JULY 2015!.I ONLY HAVE ONE WORKING PHONE JACK IN MY HOME,PHONES ARE STATIC,TV NOW ACTING UP.IT GETS BETTER,6 DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS WERE MADE FOR SERVICE THE PAST TWO WEEKS.VERIZON NEVER SHOWED,NEVER CALLED!.WAIT UT EVEN GETS BETTER!.I CALLED TO GET MY $250.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK BECAUSE ITS BEEN A YEAR,THEY SAID OH YOU NEVER HAVE US A DEPOSIT!.I TOLD THEM NOT ONLY DID YOU TAKE $250.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON JULY 3 2015,BUT ON MONDAY JUNE 6 2016 YOU TOOK ANOTHER $250.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
I HAD TO CALL AND BEG TO GET THE EXTRA MONEY THEY TOOK FROM ME.I COULD GO ON FOREVER ABOUT WHAT VERIZON HAS DONE TO ME..I HAD MORE PROBLEMS VERIZON IN TWO WEEKS THEN I DID WITH COMCAST/XFINITY IN OVER 3 YEARS.IM GOING TO BE REACHING OUT TO THE STATE OF NJ DEPARTMENT OF UTILITES AND LODGING ANOTHER COMPLAINT.I PLAN ON PURSUING THIS AS FAR AS I CAN.ILL WILL FIGHT UNTIL I TAKE MY LAST BREATH.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY SUCH A BIG COMPANY SO UNPROFESSIONAL!.I GUESS VERIZON THINKS THEY ARE SO BIG THAT WHEN CONSUMERS COMPLAIN VERIZON COULD CARELESS.I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYBODY ELSE THATS UPSET WITH VERIZON BUT I PLAN ON FIGHTING THEM UNTIL I DIE!.YOU COULDN'T GIVE ME VERIZON FREE FOR LIFE!,I JUST WISH I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD VERIZON WAS BEFORE I SWITCHED FROM COMCAST.
I ALSO PLAN ON CONTACTING MY LOCAL NEWS THAT DOES INVESTIGATIONS ON COMPANIES LIKE VERIZON THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CONSUMERS.I JUST WISH I COULD TELL THE PUBLIC EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH.FOR ANYBODY CONSIDERING SWITCHING TO VERIZON DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND YOU WILL HEAR NOTHING BUT HORROR STORIES ABOUT THERE EXPERIENCE WITH VERIZON.I APOLOGIZE FOR THE CAP LETTERS IM HANDICAPPED.
I GUESS ILL GET UP NOW AND LIMP TO MY BEDROOM WITH THE CAST IVE HAD ON SINCE BASICALLY JULY OF LAST YEAR,THANKS VERIZON.THE DAY MY CONTRACT IS OVER I WILL BE SWITCHING BACK TO COMCAST/XFINITY.VERIZON WITH ALL THE MONEY YOUR COMPANY MAKES YOU SHOULD INVEST SOME OF IT TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO RESPECT THE CONSUMERS,IF IT WEREN'T FOR US YOU WOULD ALL BE LOOKING FOR A JOB.VERIZON CORPORATION YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Please go to your profile page here on the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
