Dear Verizon, I could not find anywhere else on your site to leave feedback and you may not even care but I've had enough of the bad attitudes of everyone I've had to deal with just to discontinue my FIOS subscription. I've been a loyal customer and was shocked to experience your current culture of negativity. I'll now be canceling my mobile service as soon as my contract ends.
