It is insane to be on hold for at the present time for now 55 minutes trying to get ahold of a live person.  There is no live person available to chat online with either.   If you have a dispute or question on your bill how are you supposed to get an answer?  Is the answer to this problem to just stop service with Verizon & their other services?  This is the worst customer service of anyone or anywhere I have ever seen.  How long are you supposed to wait on hold before giving up or just not pay your bill so Verizon will get ahold of you?  My time is just as important as Verizon's is.

It is now over an hour=70 minutes so I give up on hold
