I'm trying to change my billing method for my dsl, but can't seem to access it. It gives me only my wireless/home phone bundle bill. I just spent an hour and a half with online chat (one representative and two supervisors) who could not help me. I searched the forums and found others having this problem, but can't seem to find an answer. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I have been having the same problem for the last six months. It seems nobody in Verizon knows what to do about it. On top of that they had the audacity to inform me that my billing charges would be increased starting this month. Very poor performance from Verizon.
