Is there any way to renew my DSL for another year on the website or do I have to call customer service and waste an hour on the phone for this simple task ?
Calling customer service would certainly allow you to inquire about any potential bundles or other offers they may have available for those willing to renew with a long term contract with an ETF. Absent doing that however, I think if you look at your contract, you'll see that your DSL will just continue on a month-to-month agreement with no action required on your part.
In reality however, since these are user to user forums, only Customer Service can answer the question as it pertains speciically to your account.
