Our original Verizon Triple Play contract went up for renewal around the start of October. We'd received a letter from Verizon stating to call, and that with renewal/upgrade we would receive a prepaid Visa card ($125, I believe).
We placed a call to renew, also upgrading a couple of our services in the process. We're now into November and haven't heard anything about the Visa card.
I was curious to know if anyone else has had such an issue. If so, what's the best way to go about working toward a resolution?
