Didn't receive tablet reward certificate which is offered when we took connection

Hi

I took the 2 years verizon internet contract because verizon offered me the tablet reward certificate worth of $150. 

But 5 months completed till I didn't get any reward which is offered. 

 

Every time when I try to call, they were saying it's already shipped, but they don't have any USPS tracking number, because I didn't receieve it, they said they are going to reissue new one.

 

They didn't reissue new one, And now they are saying it's expired and they won't be able to reissue new tablet certificate.

 

They can make the old certificate as invalid which they are telling they have already sent(whch I didn't receive) and reissue new one but they are not doing it.

 

I still didn't understand why they are not able to  resolve these kind of issues. This is the very bad support from verizon which I didn't except.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
