I've been trying to use Verizon Call Assistant for over a year. I've downloaded numerous upgrades to the PC application and each one will work the first time, but then never work again. You're supposed to be able to log into My Account and access call information, but it's always "temporarily unavailable". Now we get an email saying Verizon is dropping the 866 number access to calls and voicemails, yet two of the three alternatives they offer don't work! I realize this is a service that comes at no extra charge, but I'd think someone at Verizon would have more pride in their work than to release a product that never works!
