It 's now eleven or so days since the complaint I put forth onto this blogosphere was published. Soon after that my Daughter received a call from VZ and a throughly competent representative spoke to her. And this seems to have resolved the problem. One must never be too soon to speak. One might just anger the gods. But it looks like the problem might be solved.
If that is the case this is indeed a letter of gratitude. Thanks.
