Early termination

Currently Iam having to move due to graduating colleg and finding a new job, when i called support and asked them to xfer my service. Come to find out verizon does not run to the neighborhood i live at. Infact the last house they do run to is less than 3/4 of a mile away. Currently i would like to keep my service however since I'm being forced to cancel verizon and for my troubles verizon is charging me a $140 dollar ETF fee even though when i started the account verizon told me this would'nt be an issue if i moved and would be waived. This is complete is terrible customer service, before if verizon would have come to my neighborhood i would have immediatly switched back. However, now not so much. I have never heard of any cable company doing this and is completely unreasonable.

Posted for 4 days now and no response.. obviously verizon doesn't care..
