I'm not sure if the address is the same for everyone.
I pay my Verizon bill through my bank which is done electronically. My bank uses:
Verizon
PO BOX 9688
MISSION HILLS, CA 91346-9688

If your bank uses Check Free or Fiserv you can go to that website and plug in Verizon Communications. Your bank should already have the information stored however. It should ask you for your account number , address and other info to setup your bill and sometimes statements.

Why would you not just use the same address that you would use if remitting a payment using a manually written check? Jut make sure you specify your account information when setting up the payment account so that it gets attached to the payment.
You bank will determine automatically if they can make the payment in "electronic" or if they need to cut a check and mail it on your behalf. Either way, it looks like an "electronic payment" to you.

If you are having difficulties, perhaps describing them would allow another user to offer some advice.
