Equipment was sent back

I returned my equipment, UPS tracking number {edited for privacy}, which shows received on 6/26/2014.  Since then, I have received 2 e-mails reminding me to return the equipment.  Looks like they need to fix this problem!!!!!!

It could be an overlapping in the system. Please come back and let us know if you continue to get notices.

Same problem.  I agree this is a giant scam.
