First month with Verizon. Estimated installation charges when I signed up online were $19.99. Actual were an additional $110. Called and only response is it is a valid PC installation charge. I conected all pc's to wireless - tech did nothing. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was rudely told it is a valid charge no one there to speak with. The actual first bill is $130 more than the estimate they sent me. Bad start. Will be leaving as soon as I can.
