I need to file a complaint with a manager or SOMEONE about an extremely disrespectful rep that I spoke with today. I know this is the community help forum, but I cannot find anywhere to report this via email. Trying to get a super on the phone is next to impossible.
If anyone can help me get in touch with a real person or give me a support email address I would really appreciate it, thank you.

Good luck with that email! I've used it several times in the last few months with NO response at all, not even a canned one.

I dealt with a very unruly rep today. The rep was arrogrant...i am a older person trying to get my account straightened out...She practically egged me into disconnecting my service so I accomodated her and did just that. Before retiring I had 33 years experience as a customer service rep. Never once in that time period did I lose a customer for any reason. I quess customer service as i know it is dead. Verizon loses enough customers to cell phone usage but its still a poor excuse for lack of good customer service They did me a favor...now I will only have one bill to deal with.

Yes, good luck with email. The reply, if you get one, will direct you to a secure message center for your reply. It's so secure you won't find it, and no one with Verizon has a clue what to tell you, or intentionaly pushes the issue under a rug hoping no one will notice.

I have had good success by writing to Mr, Ivan Seidenberg. Follow up wiyh an E mail. Someone always gets back to me within a day or two. My problems are solved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. You can get his E mail address and the corporate headquarters address by googlin it.

Please - good luck! They don't care about you as a customer or what is said to you. I have been lied to or promised call backs and followups from supervisors for times then I can count in the past 2 months. If the supervisors don't care, I promise you the employees don't either. This is the worst company ever. The last supervisor I spoke to actually said it has never been so bad at Verizon as far as she remembers.

Interesting! I just made a similar post and had it removed (they moved it to an "employee moderated" forum). Good luck!!

Try going into a store and maybe they would be able to help out with that! It seems to me that they love to act quickly and efficiently about other sales reps. to make themselves look better! 🙂
