FIOS website not working AGAIN

Verizon's website NEEDS ATTENTION.  I cannot tell you the number of times we have tried logging into the website and it NEVER works.  Now I am trying to upgrade my account so that we have access to TLC, but every time I click on Shop -> Entertainment it immediately logs me out and then does not allow me to log back in.  When I type "TLC" in the search bar, nothing comes up.  You are certainly trying your damndest to promote Disney +, but that is not what I want.  I want TLC and I'm willing to pay for it, but clearly you do not want my money.  FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!
