Recently got FIOS service and got text msg that my bill is past due. Tried to look at my bill online but couldnt see a bill.
Anyone else has this problem?
If you google the issue you will find it has happened to others. Not myself but others.
did you get the Fios app from either the Apple store or google play store?
it shows your invoices on the app.
on the Verizon web site http://www.verizon.com you must have signed up for account access. After you sign up you use those credentials to log into the Fios app.
