FiOS Reward Can't Register

Trying to register for the FiOS sign up reward.  When I click on Register link in My Fios, it takes me to rewards.verizon.com and the only thing it shows is:

 

"Retrieving Customer Data"

 

Tried it in the app as well as various browsers and clearing cache and cookies.  Nothing works.
