I would like to file a complaint. I have been on the phone with Verizon for a total of 6 hours. I purchased 2 apple air pods, using my verizon e-gift cards and credit card payment. There was an issue with my order and I have now been charged my full gift card balance and I have not received the items I purchased. No one can help me and tell me the order # and gift card #s I have are invalid.
