I think your final billing system sucks! I tried to set it up to cancel my service with plenty of time for my balance to be updated before my bill was due, but I was told that couldn't be done and I had to pay for half a month worth of services I didn't receive then wait 60-90 days to be refunded the amount over paid. That's ridiculous and I think the fact that you can hold on to my money for an extra 60-90 days interest free is not right since I have to pay late fees if I don't pay my bill on time. You need to figure out a way for your techs to update account information so if people cancel service they aren't forced to overpay!!
