There should be a way to reset passwords for subaccounts when logged into the main account. My son forgot his password. Despite multiple attempts and a very disappointing chat with somone who could not understand the problem, he still has no way to reset the password. The site claims they will call with a reset code but 24 hours later - still no code.
How about a way to reset it while logged in from the master account?
