Frustration with using the webite

I am so frustrated with verizon and its website.

Following directions from online chat service (they were good) I couldn't navigate the website, got numerous server errors, couldn't start a new order etc etc etc

Chat people couldn't help.  Tried different browsers, etc.  What a waste of time.

Wasted my lunch hour and am so close to just dropping fios tv.  Unbelievable. Unforgiveable.
