I have tried to get some answers as to why my Verizon bill continues to increase.  tried numerous time (unsuccessfully) to get explanations that make any sense.  I unfortunately signed up for paperless billing but unfortunately when  I   do   manage to get to speak to a human being they are not looking at the bill that s posted on line.  they will kindly sent me a paper bill so that I may be able to discuss it with them but why does it have to be so difficult and frustrating all the time.  I want to be able to discuss the problems and find a reasonable solution and have them follow through with the changes.  not to have to continually  go through the same problems time and time again.  You try to be   considerate and sign up to paperless billing but if the paper bill do not match what s on line then how on earth can you resolve the problems incurred.  Literally the most frustating utility to deal with. If this continues I will lbe looking for another service provider
