I gave been trying to qualify for this $10 discount for about 2 years, and have spoken to numerous customer service people all who agree that in theory I’m eligible-I have gotten the discount on my wireless service for over 10 years. However, when I go to the connections page, but employer is not listed. I have attempted to reach out to various Verizon officials through my professional circles in an attempt to get our agency on the list to no avail. At this point my bill continues to rise, and I can't seem to get any satisfaction regarding this issue. Does anyone actually have success getting this discount?
