Great Account Management on Holiday Weekend! Either the automated systems have improved, customer service agent at the Verizon store in Wheaton, Maryland VZ Store ID 2003 did everything right. One thing that was not done was, he did not provide customer rep. information on the receipt so I could comment on the great service and everything done right.

Called Tech support to have HMDVR moved from the QIP-7216 to the new DVR. Went great.

Returned a cable card that was used in my Tivo.
Returned the QIP-7216
Added a fourth HDSTB QIP-7100 P2

Everything in my Account on MyVerizon shows updated 100% correctly!
Hardware added and removed properly.
