I had a serious issue with my HSI. I called Verizon and spoke w/ Debbie {edited for privacy}. Debbie heard my circumstance, and went to work. She stayed on the line with me (never put me on hold) and eventually got my problem rectified. She even set up an update callback for me for next day status. That's the kind of customer service I like. I hope I get Debbie again if I call back.
