I am not able to redeem my Amazon Prime. Already read the FAQ and it does not help at all. I keep getting emails letting me know that the deal expires tomorrow and it will not let me reedem anything. Getting very frustrated and the reps today were not helpful at all. I keep getting the run around from verizon.
