Ok so this is important!
My mom is the account holder she pays and is the main line. well lets just say she's not very computer literite... When she made her account she didn't put account owner!!! I know you can change it but I don't know how or where if ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA PLEASEEEE TELL ME THANKS SO MUCH!
You can do that through My Verizon, Register the account owner phone and login as the account owner.. you can find the details in my profile.
