This is getting pretty ridiculous... I've tried it on my phone and my computer, on Edge and Chrome, and it keeps rerouting me to the residential login page. I try an old Enterprise account, which no longer matters, and I can login just fine.
Also, there was a payment investigation done because I had submitted a payment to the old account. However, it turns out that since I took over the business, I was supposed to pay it. I was charged $57.59 today, which seemed like a mistake, but I believe that payment should zero out what I owed Verizon. When I was able to login this morning, that payment didn't show up in my list of payments, but I'm hoping that by Monday it will show, and show that my March bill was taken care of.
