Horrible customer service!!!

I currently have three lines of service with verizon and I will soon have zero. I have never felt so miss treated and disrespected in my life. I was told multiple things by multiple reps only to have them not notate the account so the next rep had no idea what was going on. I was verbally abused by supervisors I told they would not even talk to me about my problem. I am a long term customer with verizon but they just lost me as one! I was put on hold for over an hour and was promised multiple call backs by supervisors that I never received. I hope someone is able to see this and respond back to me. I have contacted the better business and CNN about the horrible service and abusive supervisors that I have had to deal with!!!
