How about billing the price you quoted at the time of order???

When I got my order confimation email for my install on 9/23/2013, I was told I would be billed $94.99 per month for Triple Play. Five days later you billed me and charged me $99.99 oer month for Triple Play. I report it to customer service and they have no explanation on how this could happen.

Furthermore, depending on who I speak to, it seems the price to updgrade from Select HD to Prime HD varies. It could be $10, could be $15, who knows.

Really Verizon . . . GET IT TOGETHER. With these kinds of billing discrepancies already two weeks into service,  how can I ever trust your company? I am going to have to go through your bills every month with a fine tooth comb to see what new charges or price changes you add randomly on the fly. I am reporting all of this to your executive offices.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Just a tip. If you call customer service it is possible rates will vary. If you want the best pricing do it online through your account under the upgrade/renewal center.

By doing so you'll also be able to print receipts and keep it for your records.

I say run ... You still have time , there should be no early termination fee if you cancel within the first month .They are stingy and will not back up what any of the other employee's say ...you know like other companies that apologize and say as a courtesy we will do this or that for you ..NOPE NOT VERIZON , they are willing to loose the $3,000 dollars over the next 20 months than give me a $20.00 credit good business choices right ..And all the customer reps that I have talk to say the same thing VERIZON doesn't care it is what it is
