Perhaps I could get a bill via email, or maybe it could be posted somewhere on the account information on line....or in a real pinch, send it in the mail. I couldn't find a payment due last month, I couldn't find one this month, only that you are unable to access my account....but you haven't been paid since October, so I know I must be past due. No notifications on my account, and no bill accessible. Since I am DYING to pay you, I called and got the balance I owe over the phone. Nice technology you have going on.
