Originally set up My Verizon acct which included phone DSL and email in PA. Subsequently obtained FIOS TV, Phone and internet at our vacation home in NY but never opened a MY Verizon acct for that service.. We just changed residences in PA and switched to COMCAST complete pkg as FIOS is not yet available at this location. Since email account is under PA acct which we have terminated I am in the the process of having FIOS Tech Support move email acct to our NY Fios acct -currently this move is mid way thru a "48 Hr Ticket" with Verizon and not yet accomplished ( another story in it self! ). Question here is how can I pull the NY FIOS acct under the existing My Verizon acct?
