Quite frankly, how do you get anything out of them? This alleged "support" portal is as close to useless as any I've ever seen. I am switching service providers as soon as possible, but it would be nice to have data usage records. There's no indication of even whom to ask for such records. Does anyone know?
I am not sure they keep records you can get. You also didn't say what service. FIOS, DSL, or wireless phone. IF WIRELESS Phone service you are not even asking in the right site. Verizon Wireless has a seperate site and forums.
